I'm Tim Balabuch, a designer and developer specializing in secure, AI-powered systems. I build digital products where security and great user experience don't compete; they're the same goal.

With 15+ years in UX design and a specialization in cybersecurity, I work at the intersection of design, code, and AI. By day, I combine design and AI at Mojo Creative Digital. On my own time, I run this blog to share AI experiments, security engineering, and the open-source tools I build and release.

A big part of my work is AI-powered automation, building intelligent agents and workflows that make complex processes faster, safer, and easier to scale. Here I document how I build them: what worked, what broke, and what was worth shipping into the open.

I've worked with global companies and fast-growing startups, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Vertaeon, and Spruce Biosciences, contributing across the full product lifecycle, from strategy to cross-device implementation. I also freelance through Toptal, where fewer than 3% of applicants are accepted.
